I officially finished my first crochet project! It's a car seat blanket. The inspiration came from Pinterest of course. And that's also where I got the pattern from... (Click for pattern)
It looks a little bit different than the photo. I think it's because my car seat lacks a baby. The pattern was really simple because it only consisted of single crochets and double crochets and nothing too crazy going on. I was going to crochet Zoë in the blanket but I decided to not get too ahead of myself in the crocheting world.
Hopefully this is useful for us. I am not sure what the weather is like in Georgia, but at least she will be warm when coming home from the hospital now!

ReplyDeleteI love this pattern! I feel like the bottom isn't long enough for my car seat, I had to keep going way past 9 inches. And I plan to but a larger boarder with ribbon on mine. I can't wait to finish it!
